The Democrats in Congress are attempting to eliminate secret ballots from the Union Organization process. It’s pure intimidation. Americans who are happy with their jobs and have no desire to form a union will be singled out and intimidated.

Working men and women have the right to decide for themselves whether or not they want to join a union. They shouldn’t have to raise their hand in front of a room full of Labor Bosses and fellow employees. The Democrats are trying to drive a law through Congress to eliminate the secret ballot because big labor unions financed the 2006 elections for the democrats and this is how they repay them.

The Wall Street Journal has called this issue Labor’s biggest legislative push in decades. If a labor union has a better deal to offer workers, why are they afraid of a secret ballot where Americans can vote for what they believe in?

What the Democrats in Congress are doing is wrong and Republicans in the Senate will do everything in our power to stop it. Americans do not want our country’s leaders to legislate this way. We must stop the liberal Democrat agenda in its tracks and bring Republican principles back to the halls of Congress.
